Secondary Education

I studied and graduated at the Alberta University of the Arts and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta. My skills landed me “Best of Show” in my graduating class and the Jason Lang Certificate of Excellence.
Wanderlust

I have travelled to many places around the world - and don’t plan on stopping! From solo backpacking to group trips, travel and adventure fuels my fire. My partner and I fell in love with Thailand in 2015 and decided to live there for two years and teach English.
Away From My Desk

If you find me away from my desk, it would most likely be hiking, in a yoga class, thrifting, or spending time in my garden.
Part Time Dog Sitter

Our schnoodle Benji is a huge joy in our family! Animals, in general are a soft spot for me. I regularly dog sit for families in Calgary with the Rover APP. You never know which fuzzy face will be on our next Zoom call!
2019 Launch!

In 2019 I took the leap of faith and started my own design business. This was an opportunity for me to really connect with likeminined clients and sell from the heart.
Fern Fresh

Eco-friendly living and sustainable lifestyles are important to me. So much so, that I built a company that would supply folks with eco-friendly products that I trusted. Fern Fresh is a true passion project - you can find us online or at weekend markets across Calgary.
Yoga Teacher Training

In the Spring of 2024, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to get the ball rolling toward a larger education in this fascinating world. Fun fact: One of my fav things to do on holiday is find a local yoga studio.
